The Fisharita

Only a part-time employee of Blue Fish, the Fisharita tends to join us on some Friday afternoons. It is made to order with one shot of tequila (preferably something nice), one-half shot of orange liqueur (such as Austin's own Paula's Texas Orange), half-a-lime's worth of juice, a splash of OJ, and a shot of simple syrup (that's sugar water for you novices). The Fisharita is best enjoyed with company during one of our Blue Fish happy hours.
