Alex Bilstein

Alex is our resident user interface expert. In other words, he lives and breathes browsers, markup, style, design, and user experience – and has done so at companies ranging from local startups to 3M. Alex has a unique background that combines art, technology and cognitive science, and he loves taking complex things and making them easy and enjoyable to use.

For his own enjoyment, Alex has done everything from playing soccer at the University of Texas, to motorcycling through Austin's hill country, to curating a computer museum. No matter where he is or what Alex is doing, though, he is almost always obsessing over design.
